[D31] Loss of Norman Cdr

Just in case you have not heard, I knew you would want to know the following
sad news.  Vesta was one of the kindest, sweetest women I had the pleasure
of knowing.

 Friday evening the 10th of June Cdr Vesta Gettys, P of the Norman Sail and
Power Squadron suddenly collapsed and died, from evidently a heart attack.
The funeral is Thursday afternoon at 2:00 at the First Presbyterian Church
of Norman, 211 Comanche.

 Vesta was a friend of the BoatHouse project from the very beginning, having
given many many hours, cash and valuable gifts-in-kind.  It is impossible to
look around without seeing something she either gave or contributed to.
