[D31] FW: Is your marina electrically safe?

Some time ago, I sent a message to this group
regarding electrical safety at marinas. Somehow
the URL for the didn't translate properly as the
EQUAL sign after "file" became "%3d" instead of
"=" sign.

I have just discovered this and the correct URL is
shown below. I have also put the bad URL that
ended up on the original message there for you to
compare. If the "new" URL still comes through
incorrectly, simply modify it to replace "%3d"
or whatever shows up between the word "file"
and "PDF/IAEI-Shafer.pdf" with the equal sign.
Sorry about what happened when I posted the
