If your squadron is listed below, it seems that dates and/or location 
information is missing from the District 9 calendar (please see link to 
D/9 website calendar below).  District has requested that I gather as much 
information as possible for them, prior to the Council Meeting, to help 
them with advance planning.  Please keep in mind that eventually you will 
still be required to submit the proper form to request a D/9 
representative to attend. 

Therefore, please provide updates to me no later than next Friday, 
September 22nd.
