[D9] Boat show chair person

I belong to Grosse Ile PS. Our boat show chairmen, George Nelson,  does not have a computer. Would someone send me the name and phone number of the D9 person in charge of this activity.
We want to have a presence at Metro Park show.

Also, how can I access the district directory.
