Hi everyone -
Just a reminder that the meeting announcement sent earlier is targeted for
the D/C's and D/ExO's. The D/AO's are receiving a courtesy copy to ensure
that you are in the loop and up to speed as needed. There have been
instances where the D/C or D/ExO have been unable to attend this meeting in
the past. Remember that if for any reason either you or the D/ExO is unable
to attend the meeting in Portland, that your D/AO has an automatic
invitation to attend and fill-in to ensure that the District has a
representative in both seats during the meeting. If you have any questions,
please let me know. Thanks and look forward to seeing you in Portland.
