This announces the availability of release 9.1.0 of DB2000.
This release fixes a number of bugs in the OD1/2 submission process and
incorporates the nickname into certain name format choices.

Note!
We have become aware of a situation involving the potential loss of any
current cellphone numbers if you convert to a new release of DB2000V3 (later
than 8.0.4) and have existing numbers in an old user field named cellphone.
If this situation does not apply to your database then ignore the rest of
this message.

Otherwise, follow the simple procedure below to insure that your cellphone
numbers are not lost when converting. If you are not the person with the
updater password, then this process must be done by the holder of the
updater password.

1. Before converting to the new release, use the old release (earlier than
9.0.0) to download and import the latest roster.
2. Convert, to the new release (version 9.1.0 is now available).
3. Go to the Comm Grid and click on the CA button to clear all tags.
4. The click on the Cell Phone header cell and then click on the C2T button
to set the tag for any record having a cell phone.
5. Return to the splash screen and use the Export Menu > Roster >
Review/Send Current Changes
6. Click on the AT button to include all tagged records in the upload going
to HQ.
7. Click on the Send button to choose your upload method.
