[DB2000_user_group] Update to version 9.4.1

Hello Andy,

You will need to do TWO complete installs, The first one will go into your
system and remove 9.3.1, when finished, download again, now it will install
9.4.0 which is the latest.

  At the DB-2000 session held at the Annual Meeting I learned that we are
now on version 9.4.1.  To update do I click on the "Download Full
Distribution for all Windows systems" link in the "LINKS" column?  Does
clicking on this just update the program already on my computer.  I don't
want to mess anything up.  I am presently using 9.3.1
