[DB2000_user_group] Newest download

I just finished installing the newest DB2000 and performed a download from HQ.  When I compare with the backup database, I get a lot of very weird capital letters replacing something in the roster and cannot locate these once I go into the various menu items.

Does anyone know what is happening.
