[DB2000_user_group] Non-Renewals yet back on roster

I have two members who did not renew their membership.  They were and still
are shown as "Non Renewals" in the Dues Collection Report yet today when I
did a roster download, they were listed in the download.  I do not have
contact with them right now because they are out of town so I am wondering
does this mean that they decided to renew and sent in their dues but the
"Dues Collection Report" has not been updated?  How would I go about
verifying that they have been reinstated as members?
