[DB2000_user_group] Export Menu Disappeared

Go to the Setting Menu, User Authorization and click on the I am an Updater
checkbox to restore the Export Menu.

I downloaded 9.04.0 and find it great. But how do I export (upload)
corrections? Seems like the export button is missing.   (The download works
