[DB2000_user_group] Export function gone

This problem has already been discussed on the user group list.
Go to settings>user authorization and turn on the check box that says I am
an updater.

I just made an update to some member data and was going to upload it to the
USPS server. When I looked for the "Export" tab it was gone. I have already
tried re-downloading DB2000 and uninstalling and reinstalling it and that
didn't change anything. Thanks.
