AHOY, 

ONCE AGAIN JUST IN CASE; 

HERE IS WHAT I AM SUGGESTING : 

THUR, 20 MAY, Closed membership meeting, time scheduled 8 am to 12 noon in 
the Rivers Room.

Suggest the following Closed Mtg Schedule:   
0800 - 0900        Youth 
0900 - 1000        Recruitn
1000 - 1100        Retention/Involvement
1100 - 1200        OPEN 1st TIMERS ORIENTATION MTG
1200 - 11300      Executive Sessions, Stf's and Gp Leaders 

Use the executive session to coordinate involvement of the 
entire committees' programs, needs, and communications.

Please invite any membership chair person, squadron or district level to this 
meeting. I would like a heads up if possible of any that might be expected to 
attend.
