To all National Membership Reps,
Your assistance is requested.
Please advise by return e-mail to me the status of the 7th USPS youth
poster contest in your respective district so I can provide a report for
the Pittsburgh Governing Board meeting, for Bruce, Roberta, and Bonnie,
and to plan for enough space at the fall Governing Board meeting in
Jacksonville. In your reply, please specify District. Thank you in
advance for your prompt reply.
1. Will your district be submitting the 1st place poster in each age
category 6-8, 9-11, and 12-14 for judging at the fall Governing Board
meeting in Jacksonville?
If you are submitting a poster entry for only 1 or 2 age
categories please specify age category.
2. How many posters did your district judge at your Spring Conference?
3. How many squadrons in your district submitted posters.
4. How many posters were judged at the squadron level?
How many were entries from children related to squadron members.
How many were entries from local schools and/or youth
organizations.
5. How many squadrons in your district reached out to local schools
and/or youth organizations?
6. Are the squadrons in your district promoting the youth poster
contest as part of National Safe Boating Week this year.
7. Is your district judging posters at a summer rendezvous?
