I happened to be researching some things today and found the following:
In 2002 there were 13,040,726 boats registered in the United States.
In 2000, the average household size was 2.59 people.
By my quick multiplication, that means that there are approxiamtely =
33,775,480 people involved in boating in the U.S.
If we got just 1% of them into the USPS, we would have 337,775 members.
That's what I call a "target rich environment."
