In reviewing my orginial scheduling for the committees closed meeting I
noticed I left out Power of One. Sorry Lyle.
To correct this oversight, I would like to see if the following change will
be agreeable with everyone,
Orginally I suggested the following Closed Mtg Schedule:
0800 - 0900 Youth
0900 - 1000 Recruiting
1000 - 1100 Retention/Involvement
1100 - 1200 OPEN 1st TIMERS ORIENTATION MTG
1200 - 1300 Executive Sessions, Stf's and Gp Leaders
Can we accommodated the following schedule:
0800 - 0900 Youth
0900 - 1000 Recruiting/Involvement
1000 - 1100 POWER OF ONE
1100 - 1200 OPEN 1st TIMERS ORIENTATION MTG
1200 - 1300 Executive Sessions, Stf's and Gp Leaders
Use the executive session to coordinate involvement of the
entire committees' programs, needs, and communications.
