For squadron and district membership reports, ending 30 Sep 04 go to the
MEMEBERSHIP COMMITTEE HOME PAGE

and follow link Member Only Statistics for Members then Membership Reports
Districts 8, 10, 19, 22, 25, 26, 28, 32, and 33 are growing Year to Date.
Check out the Year to DATE (YTD) report. Way to go!
New member recruiting is still ahead year to date, 1475 VS 1351, SUPER! More
boating classes help. Have a boating class in a new location. Have newer
members handle the class. Get newer members active this way. Expand the public
class offerings untilizing more members. Squadron commander will have to issue
more merit marks, a real Win-Win!
AND "Late Renewals" are way up 336 VS 269 last September at this time.
Personal touch is best, phone calls work when you talk to the member so don't just
leave a message, call back and let every member know how important they are to
our mission, "Safe Boating Through Education."
Commanders, did you send out letters thanking each member for renewing their
dues this year? It's a Good Thing.
