Sunday, 5 Sept 2004 - Update
0900 Sunday Report (R/C Howard Yoas). This morning the wind has picked up
and there are small white caps on the river in front of the Adams Mark Hotel.
There has been no rain as of yet, but the skies are cloudy.
As of this morning, the Jacksonville Airport is still open but many carriers
have canceled individual flights. Delta and Southwest have canceled all
flights at this time..
