It's important to know your market. It's a definite advantage to have
products to choose from to meet the various boating needs. USPS does this very well.

BoatSmart suits our needs very well. When we used to start the charting
section we would loose 50% of the class. I agree if you teach near one of
the Great lakes, ocean or large body of water teaching charting gives the
student a better chance of being a safe boater. We have to adjust to our
individual markets.
