With the posting of the May reports, this is the year end. 2004/2005 is in 
the books. 

Here is a summary; 

VS 2004
Total Active down 2.9% 
Total Family down 3.75%
Total Apprentice UP 28.24%

Total Gains UP 7.7% - 9100 VS 8446
Total Losses DOWN 1.5% - 10,587 VS 10,758
Both trends in the right direction.

Total number of squadrons 448
Provisional 5 
(Since 5 June - 449 Sqs and 4 Provis, Golden Isles was chartered in Charlotte)

Recruiting was DOWN 7.4% - 5,285 VS 5,708 
Retention UP 40.7% - 3700 VS 2629 
Members coming back in to take the new P & AP course?

districts. Reps especially. 

Last but not least - Congratulation District 33 for exceeding the national 
membership growth goal of 3%. D33 is the only district to exceed the "Strategic 
Plan Growth Goal" of 3%, they achieved a 19% Growth rate.
