I want to bring it to your attention.

I just updated the BowSprit data on the web for 11 months of the program.

In looking at Goal #1, Total Active Membership, and comparing last year's 
data (03/04) with this year (04/05) there are many more districts qualifying for 
points in this important goal category. 

Districts that have higher membership, 100% of the previous years' number of 
members or higher, earn points. 

Last year in this category, only 6 districts qualified and earned points in 
achieving this goal. D3, 8, 19, 21, 27, and 32. Two years ago also only 6 
districts achieved this goal. 

This year, so far (one month to go) there are 13 districts that have 
qualified and earn points, D1, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 22, 26, 27, 30, 32, and 33. 
Districts 27 for the 2nd year in a row 32 for the THIRD year in a row! 

This is very positive news and should be touted and promoted. What do you 
guys think?
