Hello D/C's,
Since communication is like glue and keeps the members in touch, I =
propose that each District write an article a month to appear in their =
squadrons newsletters. It can be short, newsy about district goals, =
plans, upcoming events. Each bridge officer could write an article or =
the D/C can assign a month to each of his officers. They can get emailed =
to the newsletter editors in one post. =20
Training takes place at the district level so it also important to keep =
our squadron members focused on learning and trying new ideas and new =
ways to do things.
Everyone is a member of the Membership Committee and district input into =
a squadron newsletter is one to keep the links strong and growing. =
Write an article today and send if off to your squadron newsletter =
editors that tell squadrons and their leaders they can count on the =
district to work with them on education, membership and retention =
initiatives.
