Hi Jeff,
Got your fax this morning (6/20/05, 6 AM), thank you.
I was quite surprised when I leaned there is NO Due Date shown on the notice
to renew. Dues year is OK, but it still needs a deadline noted like :
"Due Date - 5/31/2005"
My squadron is on anniversary billing, I checked my notice and these type
renewals do show a due date: 5/31/2005. Reason, members will be renewing in
different months, the month they joined. So I called and learned the regular
notices such as yours lacks this information and your fax confirms this.
It will be added next year.
