Ahoy Everyone, 

Hope this finds everyone well and happy. Easter was fun at our house, hope 
yours was too. 

The spring governing board is a little later than it's been in the past, June 
1 - 4 this year. Hope you are making plans to attend. This year we are in 
Charlotte, NC which should be a nice place to visit during June. It will give 
everyone a chance to visit HQ too, it's a great place to see and visit.

Neat restaurants and USPS friends, what more can a member ask !

To date, 31 March 2005, below is the schedule as it looks for now. Please 
sign up for the various things we need to do, sooner the better. Give me a heads 
up if your are planning to attend. If you are not planning to attend please 
let me know this also. It's helpful to have a head count from everyone.

There is always lots to do. Our tables, membership and 1st Timers are in need 
of our attention and attendance to aide and help our members. Renewal will be 
a focus we can be assured of since 1 June is the starting of our new 
membership year. Have you renewed yet will be a question we will be asking everyone 
attending. The programs and planning team has some great ideas for us to pass 
along to our visiting members from all over USPS country. Be sure to sign up for 
a slot for our tables Thursday and or Friday too. Contact Carolyn Knaggs to
