[Phoenix] Tri conference information

We are prepurchasing conference polo shirts for all conference workers or any other Phoenix members who would like to order one. The cost for the shirt is $20.00. Money and shirt size can be sent to Jackie Wanta who is handling our budget for the conference. (Thanks again Jackie!) Checks can be made out to Phoenix Sail and Power Squadron. The shirt will have a National Ensign on the wheel on the front and the tri-conference logo on the back of the shirt. Due to time being short, we need to at least hear from you if you plan to purchase a shirt.
Thanks to all who attended the planning meeting on Tuesday last week. We had a great meeting. The upcoming planning meeting times have be set if you missed the earlier ones. The next meeting will be Aug 24 (Thursday) at System-Aire conference room 7136 W. Frier Dr. 1900 or 7pm. The meetings in September will be Sept 5 (tuesday) System-Aire conference room, a quick review at the Lusson's pot luck General Membership meeting Sept 16 (Saturday) and the final meeting Sept 26 (Tuesday) at System-Aire, or if we can arrange it, at the Hotel. I will finalize that location when I meet with the hotel after I return from the National meeting in New York this weekend.
A special thanks to all who have contributed their time and talents so far. We are going to have a SUPER conference. It will make Phoenix Sail & Power Squadron known Nationwide as the great hosts and hostesses we know we can be. You are the ones who will make it happen! Thanks to all of you for everything you have done, are doing, or will be doing!
