[Phoenix] tri conference planning meetings

Thanks to all who attended the meeting last night. It was a productive one. A lot of ideas cemented and new ideas presented. Thanks to those who couldn't make it also, but have had a roll in the event. I received comments from alot of those people prior to the meeting. Future meetings have been set. Put them on your calendar now. There will be two meetings in August. Tuesday 8 Aug, 7 pm System-Aire office
  Thursday 24 August 7 pm System-Aire office
  Tuesday 5 September 7 pm System-Aire office
  We will do another meeting (kind of a review for all members as to finalized plans) at the Lusson's Pot luck general membership meeting Saturday 16 September
  and our final meeting to discuss any last minute emergencies Tuesday 26 September 7pm at the System-Aire office. 
  Remember - Conference is 29 Sept thru Oct 1
  Volunteers still needed are to work the registration table or Ships Store table or hostess for Spousal event on Saturday which is shopping in Scottsdale. 
  I do have some table volunteers, but would have to work them all day, I would prefer to work shifts, so nobody is burdened with an all day job. 
  Please consider volunteering your time. It will be a rewarding experience!
