Sorry, I am getting overload or something - Yes there is a meeting tonight for the updates of planning of the tri conference. It will be at 7136 W. Frier at 7pm. Specifics needing attention: introduction of officers, updates on attendees, setting up meetings to instruct table workers, meeting attendants, bartenders, handout of schedule and map at hotel registration, name badges, raffle prize list, how to handle seating of Saturday evening dinner, confirmed luncheon speakers, transportation for the womans events Friday and Saturday, hotel and activity deadlines.
  The next chance for meeting will be short during the Lusson's Pot luck meeting. We will meet once more on the 26th prior to the beginning of the conference on The 28th. 
  There is still time to volunteer! All help appreciated!
