Each year the squadron publishes a paper copy of the squadron directory. It
is distributed at the Change of Watch. Every effort is made to have the
correct information for you, but we need your help. A list of the current
members mailing information was circulated at the last two general membership
meetings and some changes were noted.

Now here is how you can help and it only costs you a few minutes of your
time. Please go to the squadron online roster at
_http://www.phoenix-usps.org/roster_ (http://www.phoenix-usps.org/roster) and check you information. If it
is not correct there it will be wrong in the new directory.

The process to update your information involves left clicking on your blue
underlined name in the online roster. That will bring up a new page with your
detail information. You can change anything in the text boxes by just
typing over what is there. Be sure to check your email address and correct it if
needed.

Now the important step, when you have completed making any changes scroll
down to the Update and left click.

Not only will this change the online roster, but it will cause your updated
information to be sent to the database manager (me) and I will change the
master database at USPS headquarters. That will insure that you will receive the
ENSIGN, Bos'n's Pipe and District newsletter and any other correspondence
from headquarters, district, or squadron at the correct address. One stop
does it all!
