[Phoenix] January Bos'n's Pipe

Happy new year! The January edition of the Bos'n's Pipe is now  online. The 
snail mail version was mailed on Thursday. As usual the online  edition has 
bonus material--two full pages of photos as well as color featuers  not possible 
in the printed version. It can be seen at
