[Phoenix] Past Commanders Bar-B-Que

Ahoy All:
   
  It once again time to start the ball rolling for the Annual Past Commanders' Bar-B-Que.  As part of the planning process, I need to know how many members are wanting to reserve a camping spot at Canyon Lake so I can start the reservation process.  The date for the event is Saturday the 24th of March.  I need to know how many people need a space for Friday and/or Saturday nights (or more).  Please respond to this email ASAP.   Let me know if you would like a planning meeting for mid-week or weekend so we can get together and start taking volunteers and choosing assignments.  We will try to accommodate as many P/Cs as possible for the meeting.  Any constructive input is always welcome. Thank you.
