[Phoenix] Apache Lake Rendezvous

I'm sorry to have to announce that the Apache Lake Rendezvous planned
for this weekend (Feb 9 - 11th) has been cancelled due to a lack of
planned attendance.  We didn't think it was fair to the event
coordinators (Sam Sebring and Debbie DeWald) to go to all the effort
to setup the event and not have anyone attend.  The lake is 20 foot
below full pool, but the marina and launch ramps are still problematic
to use.

Please plan on attending the Feb 15th General Membership meeting being
held at the Old Spaghetti Factory on Central Ave.  See the Bos'n'pipe
for details.  It should mail out tomorrow.

An Executive meeting will be conducted on Feb 8th, at the Paradise
Valley Police station, 64th St & Lincoln at 1900 to 2100.  All members
are welcome to attend this working meeting.

Thank you for your patience on having to cancel this event, but we
plan on making this year a memorial one.
