[Phoenix] Online Bos'n's Pipe

The online version of the Bos'n's Pipe is now available to all. As is the 
recent custom, two additional pages have been added as a bonus. 
    It can be retrieved at

    And of course, the photos are in color and are clearer on your computer 
screen. Nothing is removed from the print edition.
   The Bos'n's Pipe will not be published in July and August so the editor 
may recharge his personal batteries and assemble all sorts of sparkling 
contributions from squadron members. Keep your cameras and note pads at the ready, and 
send in the material when you have it. Remember: don't get fancy. Just send 
the material, preferably as attachments in Word, or as the original camera 
photo files. Things that look good and seem efficient on computers sometimes 
cannot be downloaded and used in the publication. Photos put in Acrobat, for 
example, can't be downloaded for the publication, although they look good on the 
screen. (Maybe they can be downloaded, but after about an hour of trying, this 
aging editor was unsuccessful.)
   Have a good summer, and be kind to sail boat drivers.
