[Phoenix] Good times

We had a great turnout for the Turkey Roast.  Nearly 50 of our squadron made it to Bartlett Lake for a day filled with good times and mounds of delicious food.  A big thanks to all the cooks who made the day a great success.  Data from the trough boat race and the ballistic missile contest is being analyzed and results should be available at our next meeting.

Our November General Membership Meeting will be held at the Deer Valley Airport Restaurant on Thursday, November 15th.

Among other things we will be discussing the Christmas Party (chaired by Barbara and Chuck Davis), and the upcoming District Conference (chaired by Dianne Ashton and Jeannine Quagliara) to be held here in Phoenix next March.  
  
In order to make the March District Conference a success we are asking members to contribute items that can be raffled individually or that can be part of a basket.  Please bring appropriate items to this Thursday's meeting or to the Christmas party.  The raffle committee will collect them and fashion baskets for the conference.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.  Together we will make the Phoenix conference a success.
