[Phoenix] For the attention of Lake Powell boaters

I have placed a link to a document that the National Park Service has  issued 
about dredging the channel between Wahweap and Warm Creek Bay that you  will 
be interested in.  You will find it on the Phoenix website home page  just 
below the two photos at the top of the page.  Take a look.   Our squadron website

This message is also a test of the squadron mailing list to test its  
functionality.  All the USPS mailing lists, which includes Phoenix and  District 28, 
have been down since 20 November, but should be working again  now.
