[Phoenix] September Executive Meeting and General Membership Meeting

I have just returned from the National GB and am trying to catch up to the
work loads of work and USPS.  Please give me some time (1 or 2 days).

The Bosnspipe had a slight error in that the Sept Executive meeting will be
on the 13th, not the 6th.   I had a little problem trying to finish a
meeting in Norfolk VA and attending a class in Norfolk VA

In the next couple of days, I'll post the Executive meeting agenda (Sept
13th) and the Sept General Membership at the Lusson's (Sept 15th):
