[Phoenix] Online version of the Bos'n's Pipe

The online version of the May Bos'n's Pipe is now  ready for your perusal. It 
is located at the following address: 
_http://www.phx-usps.org/Pipe/PipeMay2008.pdf_ (http://www.phx-usps.org/Pipe/PipeMay2008.pdf)    I think all the 
letters are there this month. The online version has only one  extra page, but it 
contains important information about the upcoming D/28  Council meeting on page 
7. Please note that you can access a full year's worth  of Bos'n's Pipe 
editions by clicking on _www.usps.org/phoenix_ (http://www.usps.org/phoenix)  and 
then going  to the newsletter page. 
The snail mail version will be sent out this afternoon.
