[Phoenix] P/C BBQ Update

A call from Cdr Johnson at the lake -- the BBQ will be located  at ramadas 1, 
2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in the southwest grassy area over by the  sailboats.  Look 
for his motor home and an Ensign and squadron banner if he  has time to put 
them up.
