[Phoenix] Calendar update

Friends:
It has been pointed out to me that there are two dates cited in the current 
 issue of the Bos'n's Pipe for the annual Rocky Point Rendezvous, or the  
South of the Border Rendezvous at the Reef RV Park in Rocky Point. The 
correct  date is 13-15 November.
