This is another report for a successful and good trip to Rocky Point.

Remember November 13th  to 15th of November.

Hi, we just returned from Rocky Point last night.  We spent 3 nights at a
private home about 5 minutes from the downtown area.  The drive there and
back was pleasant--no traffic, no problems.  The town and beach area were
very quiet, but we were there midweek.  The shops, restaurants and hotels
are desperate for tourists and are happy to see customers.  We returned safe
and healthy.  I do not see any problem with visiting Rocky Point.
