[Povertybay] Guest Speaker for our January 4 Dinner Meeting

We have a great speaker for this Thursday's dinner meeting.  Our guest is Randolph Scott, brother of our Administrative Officer Terry Scott.  Randy is the Safety and Preparedness Manager for St Joseph Hospital in Bellingham.  

Randy's experience includes participation in Federal, State, and local disaster response and exercise.  Randy also serves on the Whatcom County Emergency Planning Committee and the Region One Dept of Health Terrorism Planning and Response Committee.

Randy will explore the integration of private and commercial vessels into a major maritime disaster requiring recovery and transport of casualties to medical collection points.
