Dear Poverty Bay Member:
 
If you are a tenant of the Des Moines Marina and are not a current member  of 
the Des Moines Marina Association, you should reconsider. 
 
The Association has developed a process to help you recover a substantial  
portion of the Leasehold Taxes you have paid over the past 4 years. The recovery 
 could be hundreds, or even a couple thousand dollars, which could offset  
the cost of a lot of fuel for this season's cruising. You might even have enough 
 money left to be a real player at this year's Dessert Auction!
