Hi Everyone,
Thanks again for helping the National PR/Marketing Committee get this =
list going by staying a list member and participating.
During the course of this list, you may find the need to unsubscribe, =
change your email address, change your password, (hopefully) teach =
others how to subscribe or temporarily stop receiving emails. All this =
can be done by YOU, a person who has an email address and Internet Web =
Page Access.
Also, when you are subscribed to any email list, you are now considered =
a "list member". This is not the same as a "USPS member". So, when you =
receive/read instructions regarding an email list name (like PRO-l) that =
refer to being a "member" or not being a member, it is referring to =
being a "list member"-not a USPS member.
Instructions Below:
Subscribe:
---------------
Go to www.usps.org/mailman/listinfo/pro-l and to the section entitled =
"Subscribing to PRO-l".
Enter your email address (make sure there are no typos).
Enter a password.
Enter the same password again.
Click on "Subscribe".
You will receive an email at the address you just entered asking you to =
confirm your desire to be a member of the shown email list ("PRO-l" in =
this case).
Click on the "Reply" button.
Click on the "Send" button.
You are now subscribed!!!!
Change Your Email Address:
-----------------------------------------
In order to change the email address that you currently receive the =
message from PRO-l on, you will need to follow the instructions to =
"Unsubscribe" (shown below) using your old email address and then =
"subscribe" (shown above) using the new address.
Unsubscribe:
------------------
Go to www.usps.org/mailman/listinfo/pro-l and to the section at the =
bottom entitled "PRO-l Subscribers".
The second paragragh reads: "To change your subscription (set options =
like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or =
unsubscribe from PRO-l), enter your subscription email address:"
Enter your email address in the box below.
Click on "Edit Options".
The screen will change and at the top will read: "PRO-l Configuration =
for {your email address here}"
Under the "Unsubscribing From PRO-l" section, enter your password in the =
box.
Click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
The screen will change and will display that your email address has been =
unsubscribed.
Passwords-To Change or Get a Forgotten Password:

Go to www.usps.org/mailman/listinfo/pro-l and to the section at the =
bottom entitled "PRO-l Subscribers".

like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or =

Enter your email address in the box below.
Click on "Edit Options".
The screen will change and at the top will read: "PRO-l Configuration =
for {your email address here}"
Under the section "Your PRO-l Password", if you forgot your password, =
click on the "Email My Password To Me" and your password will be emailed =
to you at the address entered previously.
If you want to Change Your Password, you will need to Enter your Old =
Password, then Enter a New Password and lastly, enter the New Password =
again.=20
Click on the "Change My Password" button.
A screen will appear telling what action was taken and whether it was =
successful or not. If not, repeat the above steps being sure you =
entered your email address and your password in correctly-no typos.
Vactions:

If you are planning on going on vacation or don't want to receive emails =
temporarily:
Go to www.usps.org/mailman/listinfo/pro-l and to the section at the =
bottom entitled "PRO-l Subscribers".
The second paragragh reads: "To change your subscription (set options =
like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or =
unsubscribe from PRO-l), enter your subscription email address:"
Enter your email address in the box below.
Click on "Edit Options".
The screen will change and at the top will read: "PRO-l Configuration =
for {your email address here}"
Under the section "Your PRO-l Subscription Options" (at the bottom), the =
first option is "Disable mail delivery".
Click in the "On" button to stop delivery or click in the "Off" button =
to start delivery again.
At the very bottom of the gray area, enter your password and click on =
the "Submit My Changes" button.
A screen will appear telling what action was taken and whether it was =
successful or not. If not, repeat the above steps being sure you =
entered your email address and your password in correctly-no typos.
