[Psml] Unauthorized use of USPS directory

Thanks to R/C Baldridge for clearing up the fact that USPS did not sanction  
the use of USPS names for Chase Mortgage. Two questions come to mind:
1) Since Chase Mortgage is a "partner" with USPS, what can they do to get  to 
the bottom of this unwanted solicitation and what steps will they take to  
discipline the perpetrator?
2) I believe that the USPS Directory has a copywrite logo and admonitions  
against unauthorized use. What can LawCom do to protect our property. I  know 
that Consumers Reports takes very aggressive actions against anyone "using  
their name in vain". Can we do something similar? Maybe a few law suites will  
serve both to stop the abuse and pay for the publishing of the Directory.
