[Psml] PSML Digest, Vol 3, Issue 11 Dues billing question

I believe it is up to the individual to keep the certificate of completing  a 
boating course.  That is how the records can be corrected regarding  family 
or full membership.  Don't fault headquarters if the squadron can't  keep their 
records up to date.
