I don't know why this message was addressed to me, but I will ask the  
obvious questions:  "What happens when a prospective member wishes to  
join a Squadron in a different area than the Squadron who taught the  
boating course he/she took?"  The next question is:  "Why send the  
information to National if they are not going to keep accurate records?"
