PS.  Maptech also bought The Capn.  Boeing/Jeppesen bought Nobeltec, 
C-Map.  etc.  I'm no expert, but the business models of all electronic 
chart and navigation software companies are rapidly changing as standard 
government commodity cartography (free in US) begins to dominate the 
scene and value add and integration is the name of the game.  Maybe some 
day service/support will become a differentiator!
