Maptech dealers do not automatically offer the USPS discount although some  
can offer even greater discounts. In order to get the automatic 20% USPS  
discount (taken from the Member Benefits page):  
Go to the _Educational Department Home_ (http://www.usps.org/national/eddept) 
 page. There  you will find a button for the Maptech USPS Store. This will 
take you to the  store where you can select products, arrange for purchases with 
a credit card,  and provide your shipping address. 
Regarding the Soft Chart Great Loop product, I spoke to my  Maptech rep. He 
said what you already know, the product line has been  discontinued. You can 
get the same information by getting the US DVD  ($99.00 MSRP) and than 
purchasing the appropriate Canadian charts. This was a  corporate marketing decision, 
although it is possible a similarly packaged  product may emerge in the future.
