I just checked out the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron (CPS - ECP) web
site and while I was there, I looked up the translation of ECP,
"Escadrille canadiennes de plaisance".  I was very surprised to find that
it translates as "Canadian Squadron of Pleasure".  Has it always been
spelled that way or is this a recent change?  Are we missing something in
USPS?
