[Psml] New Membership Application Blank

All,
The categories of membership have not changed. We still have Active,
Additional Active, Adult Family, Jr' Family and Apprentice as legitimate
membership categories. Only the membership cost structure has changed with
Single Active and Family Unit as the dues categories. Ergo, the form should
not change for membership categories.

Markus,
If you mean the bottom line in the "Squadron Endorsement" box being a
'barrier to membership', I would just draw a line through the offending
items. The applicant still must/should be approved by the local Executive
Committee, just don't bother with the Edu Cert items.
As far as the Additional Active and Family Member sections, well we'll
probably have to wait until any paper stock is gone before revised
applications are printed. The Adobe PDF file is unsecured though, so an
enterprising member with Acrobat could conceivably change the the Additional
and Family sections to something like 'Additional Members' with lines for
name, sex, birth and email and then submit the altered copy to Nat'l MemCom
for approval (might get you a National committee job tho' ;>D).
And, no, I am not volunteering, but if I find time to play at it I might
create something.
