[Psml] How to qualify to buy Adobe SW from Techsoup?

Our squadron has been unsuccessful in qualifying to buy 
Adobe software and Ulead software from Techsoup.  We have 
no problem qualifying to purchase Microsoft and Symantec 
software.

USPS can fit into several different descriptions of organization 
type and subtype and we have used "Employee or Membership 
Benefit Organization/Other services or benefits to members or 
employees" and "Inner cities or community 
activities/community promotion".

Neither of these descriptions of type and subtype will allow us 
to purchase Adobe or Ulead.

Has anyone successfully purchased either Adobe or Ulead 
software, and if so, what type and subtype did you use to 
describe yourself?
