[Psml] Wed site maintenance

Dear List,

Our Squadron webmaster is about to 'retire' and there does not appear to be
anyone ready to step up to his duties.

Have you (or any Squadron) hired someone to maintain their web site. I'm
defining maintain as 'doing everything to keep it running and make the
required changes'.

Where might I find such a person? What might we expect to pay someone?
